01 · Extract
The clauses that decide what is billable are located in the agreement.
Upload the MSA, SOW or amendment. Billing clauses are proposed as terms — allowance, rate, milestone conditions — each attached to the clause it came from. Nothing counts until a person confirms it.

4. Fees
4.1 Client shall pay the Fees set out in each Statement of Work in accordance with Section 6.
4.2 Client shall pay a monthly retainer of six thousand dollars ($6,000) covering up to forty (40) hours of Services per calendar month. Hours performed in excess of the monthly allowance shall be invoiced at one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per hour, subject to Client's prior written approval of the time entries.
4.3 Approved third-party costs are reimbursable at cost.
